Choose a Challenge originates from two individuals passionate for leading challenges and making a lasting difference to charities. Over the last 6 years, Choose a Challenge has evolved dramatically and now raises almost $5,000,000 yearly for some amazing causes.

Our Mission

We believe excitement and adventure are the keys to life.

Our team has a strong background in the charity sector and are passionate about raising money for good causes. We want to help make a difference to the people in the world who need it most and we want students to be at the heart of creating this change. When you get involved in an international challenge event, not only do you guarantee yourself the trip of a lifetime, you guarantee that you are going to change the lives of others!

Feel free to pick up the phone or send us an email if you wish to find out more about us or any of our challenges.

Our History

Our journey began on the summit of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, back in 2008.

Many years later, we are the largest student charity challenge company in the UK. We take over 1,500 young adults on expeditions every year. With an experienced team hailing from all walks of life and over 200 different countries traveled between us, we truly believe we are the best team to take you on a "once-in-a-lifetime" adventure.

Our Staff

Between us, we have visited all 7 continents, summited over 50 mountains, and competed in over 25 marathons! More importantly, we have raised over $25,000 collectively and assisted in raising millions for a wide variety of charities. All of this means that we are perfectly placed to offer advice and assist in making your trip epic!

Francesca Brown - Logistics Francesca takes care of the "behind-the-scenes" details with Choose a Challenge. She organizes all the logistics of our challenges so the only thing you have to worry about is physical training and not forgetting your passport!  Travel is her biggest passion - gorilla trekking in Rwanda, chasing the Northern Lights in Iceland, and seeing the "Big 5" in Tanzania are just a few of   her favorite moments. Up until now, her furthest run has been a half marathon but after getting involved with all of our amazing marathon challenges - the pressure is now on for Francesca to make her 26.2 mile debut!
