Come to our info meeting!

Meet the team and find out more about how you'll get to the Roof of Africa, all while helping an amazing cause.
When: January 29th, 2018
Where: Beard Room
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

In partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass. Bay, Choose a Challenge offers 20 explorers from Emerson College the chance to summit Mount Kilimanjaro. For many people, standing on its summit is a lifelong ambition. The snow-capped peak was first reached by German explorers in the late 19th Century and you will follow in their footsteps as you attempt to scale this mighty mountain! The world’s highest free-standing peak and tallest volcano, Mt. Kilimanjaro rises alone from the surrounding Tanzanian serengeti. This challenge is an amazing opportunity to not only climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, but also to explore East Africa and learn about its rich culture and diverse landscapes.
